I can't tell until it rains, but the workers were industrious, friendly and Lalo, in particular went above and beyond his calling when there was a little water leakage in my sky light and he removed the plate, cleaned up the dirty spots AND, while he was up on a ladder, cleared away all the cobwebs that he could reach. Dura Foam put on our original foam roof over 15 years ago and the only problem we had was right after the foam was put on and we had our 1st rain and there was some leakage around the fireplace. Someone came out immediately and patched it and over the next 15 years, we haven't had one problem. Not only that, but when you all them, a real, human person answers the phone. You can't beat that. Would I hire them again? You betcha. joanne matsunaga

We’ve been thrilled with our decision, 28 years ago, to have Dura-Foam replace our (leaking) gravel roof with foam. It’s been trouble-free ever since. Last year, we arranged for a re-coat and, as we’ve had such good experiences with this company, trusted them to install solar panels as well. We’re happy to report that our re-coat is beautiful and the solar system is up, running, and working great. Kudos to the team for their professionalism, diligence, and for completing the project in a timely manner. Everyone was easy to communicate and work with, and we are very pleased and grateful for everything Dura-Foam has done to improve our home.

Once Dura-Foam was correctly scheduled, the quote and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. However, please be aware that their robo agent schedules appointments without communicating back to the office. We were informed of a date and time, came back into town to meet the person, received multiple notifications that the person was on their way, only to reach the office to find out they didn't know the robo agent had booked the appointment, while informing us they knew there was a problem with the automation. We then booked a new appointment AI isn't always easy, but there needs to be better oversight in place. Otherwise, once I got a hold of a real person, the turnaround and job worked effectively.

I had a foam roof put on my house 27 years ago by Dura-Foam. I just had my second silicone coating put on in that time period. They pressure washed, replaced spouts, did a touch up repair, and then recoated it. I am very happy with Dura-Foam's work throughout the process. I would diffidently recommend them.

I had pretty satisfactory experience with them. It was a bit hard to schedule but I don't blame them since they have been overwhelmed by orders. Once they started recoating my roof I did see only the best quality of works. They even removed the obsolete satellite dish and fixed the loose rainwater pipe for me. I high recommended this company.
